Since 1997, Adam has immersed himself in the recruiting profession. Since 2000, he has worked with his wife, Jessica, in this business. For most of their married lives, they have worked together to find some of the best talent in the industry. In 2006, Adam and Jessica founded The Wimberly Group to bring more of a "Concierge Approach"
